17.02.: Bookingconfirmations

Recently there are more and more emails which can not be delivered due to wrong email adresses. Please check your emailadresses in the backend as we will send the tickets to the given emailaddresses. If your emailaddress is not correct you will not receive your ticket.

Please also remind your club members to check their emailaddresses.

The booking confirmation is sent immediately after booking. Everybody who did not receive his confirmation within 10 minutes after booking should get in touch with Stefan or Benedikt immediately.

16.02.: Arrival at the IMM

Due to several requests we set the earliest date/time of arrival as follows:

Arrival is possible from May 20th, 14:00pm

15.12.: Auctions finished successfully
Dear IMM-Friends,

The eBay-auctions have been finished successfully. In total quite a big amount was collected which will be donated to a regional youth organisation as it was announced before.

At the moment christmas preparations are keeping us busy but we are still working on the planning and preparations for the IMM.

We would be very happy if you would book soon - if you are still hesitating - so that we can see a little more clear how many participants and Minis we will be.

26.10.: Auctions and technical problems

Hi everybody,

The auctions were planned to start October 1st but we had difficulties organizing everything. That's why we had to postone it a little.

As soon as we set the new date we will inform you here on our website or send you an Email in case you booked already.

Also there have been difficulties for our englishspeaking guests to book. These problems have been solved. Thanks to the Mini Community for helping me to find the problem.

20.09.: Startnumbers and Mixed Clubs

Startnumbers:
We have already announced that the first 10 startnumbers will be sold by auction. Well, the starting date is the 01.10. One after another number 1 to 10 will be sold with a little time gap. The registration fee of 50 Euro will NOT be included in the auctioned price. We will mention this in the description of the auction again.

Note: The startnumber is NOT the same as the booking-number. The startnumber will be given by the date of payment. The earlier you pay, the lower is your number.

Mixed Clubs:
When you register your Club in the booking system you will recognize a new option "Mixed Club". Originally we said that only Minis, no NewMinis will be allowed to enter the event ground. But as there are a few clubs which consist mainly of Minis but also have a few members with a NewMini we created a separate area for these clubs. So if you register your club and if you have NewMinis with you please answer with "Yes.". If your club is already registered please send us an email if your club is mixed.

15.08.: Bookingstatus can be checked in the backend

As already announced in the confirmation mail there is a backend where you can get information about your booking status and the information we received from you.

Please click here to get to the backend. As login-data please use the Email you used for registration and the confirmation code you received in your confirmation Email.

You will be redirected to an overview page where you can see the booking status for all participants that booked with the same code.

04.07.: New version of the booking system

I just set version 1.3 online. Changes:

  • Booking overview per person incl. all details
  • Confirmation-Email
  • Fee-calculation
  • Refreshed instructions
Now booking should be much more comfortable.

02.07.: Bug in the booking system

There is a bug in the booking system which will be removed by tonight. The confirm screen sometimes shows the wrong values from some drop down boxes (e.g. breakfast). The booking itself is correct, just the info on the screen is wrong.

If you are not sure about your booking please send me an E-Mail (benedikt [ at ] imm2010.de) and I will answer all your questions.

UPDATE: The new version 1.2 is online now. The language-detection is available as well as the bug mentioned above is fixed. Now you can delete single entries from the overview and the booking-code is displayed after booking confirmation.
