  • I have not received my ticket yet. Is the booking confirmation I received by Email sufficient?

If you have not received your ticket 24h after the payment confirmation please get in touch with Benedikt. The booking- or payment confirmation is NOT enough!
  • I have sent my booking but did not receive a booking confirmation yet. When it is sent?

The booking confirmation is sent within 10 minutes after your booking. If you did not receive an email within this time please get in touch with Stefan or Benedikt immediately and make sure that you have provided the correct emailaddress.

The tickets will be sent to this email address. If your address is wrong you will not receive your ticket.
  • What is the last date to book?
We accept bookings and payments until March 12th. For later bookings or payments we can't guarantee to provide the "Welcome package" for you.
  • What is the earliest possible arrival time?

You can access the ground earliest Thursday, May 20th from 2pm. Toilet and washing facilities will be available at that time.
  • I'm a day-guest. What do I have to know?
1. Day-guests can access the ground only on saturday and sunday.
2. The entrance fee is 15,- Euro. Entrance for citizens of Neumarkt or the districts around is free.
3. Day-guests can take part in all events except the slalom.
4. The day-guests' cars are not allowed to enter the IMM-ground. There are special parking areas available.
5. Day-guests have to leave the IMM-ground at 7pm.
6. Day-guests are not allowed to take part in the events in the evenings (they begin at 7pm).
  • I have a question which is not answered here. Whom can I ask?

If you have a question or need help with the booking, please get in touch with Stefan or Benedikt. Especially if you have problems booking Benedikt is the person to ask. The Emailaddresses are #FIRSTNAME#@imm2010.de.
  • I will take part with another Mini then registered during booking. What do I have to do?

If your Mini is not going to take part in the Concours competitions and also is no candidate for the oldest Mini, no changes are needed. But as soon as the participant's backend of the booking system is opened, you can change your data yourself (until end of April 2010).
  • I want to buy additional T-Shirts. Is it possible?

Via the link "Merchandising" you can access the "Kleinen Druckshop". The Shirts will be delivered from March 2010. If you can not handle the german shop well, please get in touch with Stefan directly.
  • Can I have my own barbecue?

Barbecue is allowed. But, to meet fire protection requirements, we only allow grills which are fired by coal in special marked areas. You have to throw your coal into prepared ash-trashes. <i>Breaking this rule may lead to sending-off.</i>
  • Until when do I have to leave the ground?

We expect all participants to leave the ground at May 24th until 2pm latest as we will have to begin cleaning up at that time latest.
  • When can I enter the IMM-area?
The IMM-area will be opened May 21th from 9am.
  • Are pets allowed?
Pets are allowed. But you have to put a leash on ALL animals inside the IMM area. We also expect you to remove any droppings from your pets (plastic bags will be available at the Info- and Merchandisingpoints). Breaking these rules can lead to sending-offs.
  • I booked online but didn't receive a confirmation Email. Was my booking successful?

Participants who have booked after July 6th should have received their confirmation Email already containing payment information as well as the received data.

Participants who have booked before July 6th will be confirmed manually by Benedikt. If you did not get an error message your booking has been successful.
